Back on Track

Yes, it has been a while.

But time really has no qualms of love and loss.
We must instead rejoice that we are once again united in love and connection.

It is as always a privilege to express and share my inner heart and world.
I hope this post finds you well and still "Creating the Love" in your life.
It is a long and hard road at times and we dont always shine.

But remember in order to shine we must at first be opaque till we fill our tapestries with lifes adventures, lessons, hurt and triumphs.

We are a never ending course of learning and loving.

Precious ... oh so precious. Before you know it we are gone ... like a leaf in the wind ......

Dear Mother Earth - I Love You

Hello Everyone,

I found and re-read this letter sent by Chief Seattle to President Franklin Pierce in 1854. After I read it I could not believe how much his letter affected me as a person.

This letter is truly the essence of who we are as a human being and the essence of the beauty of our home, Mother Earth.

♥ ~ THE RIPPLES OF LOVE ~ ♥

When a ripple of love finds its way to you, it is because you sent it out in the first place and now it has returned to you.

Always accept love with your arms wide open, hold it and nurture it, until it is your time to pass it along and share it once more.

We are never sure where the source of love will come from or perhaps sometimes where it will be received. Knowing this, never be saddened if your love is not returned from a particular person, or situation, as you will find it will be returned to you from another source.

When you do receive a precious ripple of love accept it, nurture it, heal with it, find inner joy with it, strengthen with it and wear it as an armour of courage and know you are not alone.

The best ripple of love is to give to yourself, nourish YOU, be kind and gracious with yourself. Once you are fulfilled, you are a beautiful light of love radiating outwards to gift others.

You become a blessing not only to yourself, but to others, not only human lives, animals and of course mother nature.

Each precious footprint, each tear, each smile, touches another in some way. In each of these precious moments there is a beautiful realization of the preciousness each of these represent.

Remember there is never a wrong or right moment, we are here to learn, to experience, to love, to share and GROW.

The ripples of love you receive are also apart of your interaction with your beautiful self, and the giving of your self. See how truly wondrous you are! Invite love into your heart today and instantly light up your life with joy and magnificence!

Someday... We'll forget the hurt; the reason we cried and who caused us pain.

We will finally realize that the secret of being free is not revenge, but letting things unfold in their own time.

After all, what matters is not the first, but the last chapter of life which shows how well we ran the race.

So smile. laugh. forgive. believe and LOVE all over again!

Visualize The Key To Set You Free

I wonder how many people would really participate in setting themselves free? If today right this minute you were handed a key to free all the self imposed chains that you have placed upon yourself?

What? I hear you asking! Well, we are all to some degree self imposed prisoners of life and our beliefs. We place barriers and limits on ourselves every single day.

If you were to able to see these invisible chains such as; self doubt, hatred, endlessly following media trends, media brainwashing (how to look, feel, and live YOUR life), comparing yourself to others, fear, guilt, self loathing, and trying to accumulate the multi billion $$$$ dream.

These are just a few of the many chains that we can place on ourselves and I'm sure you know the chains that you particularly place on yourself day to day. Perhaps today if you have a little spare time, write down your personal chains. You may be surprised by what you are dragging around with you.

Now back to the first sentence in this article. If you were given the key, today, right now, would you unlock and unburden your SELF from these unnecessary weights you place within your one lifetime?

Would you like to feel that freedom? Your raw SELF? You, without guilt, without the pressures of these chains. Perhaps it is time to let go and feel and trust your real SELF.

I am guilty of this myself, and I suspect that some people wouldn't be able to unlock all their chains. It becomes a way of life.

Today, try like me to visualize each negative trait that you carry as a chain around yourself. Now visualize you have been given the key, each time you feel a chain burdening your moment. Use your key to unlock the chain and FREE yourself and live in your NOW, as the past has gone, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet, only right NOW matters.

Imagine the possibilities that the real 'You' is capable of, once free to experience your SELF without the weight of these chains.

Note to self:  The past has gone, like a puff of smoke it has disappeared!

Finally the realization settles in that you are free!

No more wasting precious time, beating yourself up, going over and over the same mini movies in your mind, the what if's and if only's.

You are now the centre of your own universe!!  Capable of creating anything you wish, in your right now.

How spectacular this moment is, how spectacular you are in this inner freedom, how spectacular opportunities seem, when the path is clear and your mind uncluttered.

Be inspiring and inspire others by showing the people around you the precious gift you are.

COMPASSION - isnt an OPTION - it is a MUST

I want to discuss compassion in this article, as I am very disappointed in what I witnessed today and I feel as though I let a fellow human being down.

I returned to my car in an underground car park this afternoon, the car next to mine pulled out and I noticed a lady squatting  down against the brick wall. At first I thought she was relieving her bladder. So I directed my son's to quickly get inside our car.

Then I noticed as I open my car door that she had a silver wine bladder next to her feet. This changed my mind in ignoring her, as I now realized that she was intoxicated and alone, without underwear on in an underground car park.

YOUR TEARS ARE TREASURED GIFTS - ALLOW THEM TO FLOW - TO ASSIST IN YOUR GROWTH

Suppress, suppress, suppress .. Or .. Express, express, express

    

Which way do you think is happier and healthier for you? Which way do you think enhances your daily well-being? You may have never really thought about whether you are suppressing or expressing,. I didn't until I decided to participate in my own self journey. Take a moment and think about how you are dealing with your day to day situations.

My new motto for this week, which I have plastered over the top of my desk is 'EXPRESS AND FEEL YOUR BEST'. Now I guess some of you maybe thinking I mean laughing out loud or singing wildly, or crying out loud, (especially if you know me personally, as I can be quite child-like at times .. giggling).

Actually, what I do mean is, as emotions rise to greet me, I am willing to acknowledge them and let them flow. No more suppressing them, swallowing them, hiding them, or putting them away for a rainy day. I guess I am ready to deal with my emotions at last and release them and bid them farewell. Not to be resurrected at another time. Gone, dealt with and moving on.

REJOICE IN OUR DIFFERENCES ~ AND SHINE

Judging others is such a time waster! Judging others situations or peoples choices overlooks what is real!

How can we truly understand another person, without firstly living that person's lifetime? Tread in their precious footprints?

We need to be more understanding and be more open to other people's choices. As we are all individuals, and we all live our lifetime journey differently. So therefore, what we believe is right, doesnt neccessarily mean it is right for anyone else. We are here to support and love one another, not to judge or push our point of view.

KICK START ~NEW LIFE GOAL'S~ WITH POSITIVE CHANGE

Deciding to make changes in your life requires an honest look at what in your life needs improving and then organizing new ways to achieve these goals.

Change isn't always easy, especially if you are unsure how to embrace a new outlook in your life. Change can seem frightening as you have never trodden these new path's before.

Sometimes requiring you to 'let go' of old ways and thought patterns. You may need all your inner strength to keep believing that you are making these positive changes to enhance your life.

Here is a selection of some ideas that I have been using in my life:

'WAKING UP TO REALITY' - OUCH!

I have been restless for a while now, not a typical restless, a feeling of being aimless. I have been ignoring this, as I just thought that I would naturally come through the process of my marriage break up and all would resume to normality in time.

In actual fact all I had done was squash my feelings down and just carry on, believing this was the best way to deal with the situation. I was wrong!

~ OH MY BELOVED DIVINE ~

Over the willow-the-wisps and far away ..

I caught a glimpse of your nakedness ..

So pure, so delicate, innocent ..

Your soul gleaming by the moonlight ..

Lilies shining from your reflection ..

Your aura extending outwards ..

Reaching and flowing through the energy of LOVE ..

I stood in wonder within this moment ..

As I absorbed it all in like a child ..

I sensed your warmth, your gracious ways ..

The nourishment of a mother's love ..

Fill me .. Oh beauty filled one ..

Fill me with all that you are ..

I am your servant .. Your bearer ..

Oh my beloved Divine .. I am LOVE .. I am thine ..
